How to use it
Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to ease insertion (silicone lube damages silicone toys, so always go water-based). Start with the lighter single-ball trainer for short daily sessions (10–15 minutes), squeezing your pelvic floor muscles around it as you go about your day. When that feels easy, move up to the duo-ball trainer. Always remove using the retrieval cord.
Care and charging
Pop the weighted balls out of the silicone cradles for thorough cleaning with warm soapy water or toy cleaner spray. Pat dry, reassemble and store in a cool, dry place separate from other silicone toys. No batteries or charging.
