Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thecondomerie@yahoo.com.au. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Non-delivery
If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch and we will investigate with the courier.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
