Let it bask under a bright light to charge the glow, then turn the lights off and let the dragon loose. A water-based lube like Wicked Aqua keeps things silky and is safe on any toy material.
Care and cleaning
Wash with warm water and a toy cleaner like Wicked Cleene, dry it fully and store it where it can recharge its glow between flights.
