How to use it
Insert with plenty of water-based anal lubricant like Wicked Jelle (silicone lube damages silicone toys), keep the anchor base outside the body, then move: walk, dance, grind. The bearing does the rest. If anything hurts, stop. Pain is a signal, not a challenge.
