How to use it
Seal the sleeve against your body with a dab of water-based lube like Wicked Aqua, then squeeze the trigger steadily and let the vacuum build. Go up in small steps, take your time between sessions, and release the valve immediately at any sign of pain, numbness or cold. Keep silicone lube away from the silicone sleeve; it damages the material.
Care and cleaning
A warm rinse and a going over with Wicked Cleene after each session keeps it fresh. Air dry completely and store the sleeve clear of other silicone pieces.
