How to use it
Begin with the smallest dilator and a generous amount of quality water-based lubricant like Wicked Aqua for easier insertion. Go slowly, breathe, and only move up a size when your body says yes. Never use silicone lube with silicone dilators, as it damages them. If anything hurts, stop. Pain is a signal, not a challenge.
